No Hassle Return Policy:
If you need to return your order for any reason, you may be eligible for our “Stay Home” No Hassle Return method, with which you can receive a resolution without having to make a trip to your local post office.
Our return window is 60 days after receiving your ordered item(s). You may initiate a return any time within these 60 days.
To start your return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return and preferred resolution (Replacement/Exchange/Refund/Store Credit/Others)
- A photo that clearly shows the condition of the product to be returned and any issues it may have
If your return is eligible for our “Stay Home” No Hassle Return, we will issue a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit or other depending on your preferred resolution once we review your email. Otherwise, we will provide you with a free return shipping label, and issue a refund once we’ve received and processed your return package.
Upon receiving and processing the return package, if the returned item or its packaging is not in its original condition, we may deduct a Disposal Fee from the refund, up to 50% of the original purchase price of the item. If the item was already damaged, defective, or missing parts when it was first delivered to you, then no Disposal Fee will be applied. The same is true for items that were sent by mistake instead of what was originally ordered.
